Sharing Plan
This plan enables associates to regularly contribute
a percentage of their pay on a pre-tax basis.
Although AAM realizes time is precious, financial rewards are equally important. At AAM, we make sure that we provide ways for our associates to prosper with us and as such, we have a great 401(k)/profit sharing plan. Once eligible, the average contribution last year for our CRNAs for the profit sharing plan was around $21,000. |

Financial Plan
Part of giving our associates a convenient method
for retirement savings also entails helping associates
plan for retirement. Therefore, we also give each
associate a free financial planning session with
Merrill Lynch.
