We offer different health plans and benefits for you, your spouse and your family. AAM pays 100% of most health benefits for full-time associates

Medical Program
AAM’s provides two different medical insurance plans offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield.  Each offers programs that promote illness prevention and a healthy lifestyle and both plans include excellent mother-to-be benefits, wellness/health club benefits, prescription drug benefits and some eyecare coverage.

Dental Program
AAM associates are eligible for dental insurance which is also offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Through this plan associates can obtain 100% coverage for all normal check-ups, cleanings and the plan also helps to cover the majority of other major dental expenses including ortho coverage for children.

Disability Plans
The company offers a self-funded plan for short-term disability which covers the first 90 days of your disability at 100% of your salary, provided you have accrued the ample sick time. In addition, the company offers a long-term disability plan that covers 60% of your base salary after you have been disabled for 90 days. Individual discounted premiums for physician associates are also available through AAM and are the physician’s expense.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Our life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance programs are designed to help provide financial security and protection for you and your family. Coverage is available for you, your spouse and your children. Long-term Care Insurance. This insurance provides our associates with financial help if they need care as a result of a functional incapacity or cognitive impairment. Additional coverage is also available for an associates’ spouse, parents/grandparents and their spouse’s parents/grandparents.

Malpractice Insurance
AAM provides malpractice insurance for all of our clinical associates.

Pet Insurance
At AAM we think of everyone in your family…including the family dog or cat.

Flexible Spending Accounts
This important plan offers our associates the unique opportunity to plan for out-of-pocket daycare and health insurance costs in advance and allows the associates to pay for them with tax-free dollars.

Parking
AAM has onsite parking at no cost to the associate.
